We currently do not have the ability to ship our eggs or birds but we are looking into so we can deliver to you, wherever you are! We are however, able to ship our candles! We offer flat rate Priority shipping through the USPS!
Return & Exchange Policy
Since we are selling frozen birds at this time, we do not have a return poilcy. However, should there be an issue with your bird (highly unlikely as we hand-process ourselves) we are happy to work with you on exchanging for another.
When it comes to eggs, we hope you don't return them. For exchange, we will replace cracked or broken eggs if they are cracked or broken before they reach your skillet.
Candles are able to be exchanged for a different scent as long as the candle has not yet been lit. We do offer the 2oz size if you are unsure if you will like the scent. Coming from someone who inherited a very sensitive nose, I can understand when something hits the wrong trigger. As far as returns, please only return a non-lit candle - a full refund minus shipping is offered if the candle doesn't work out.
